I WANT TO HEAR YOUR STORY

I sat on the floor in my so called “office” that was connected to my daughters bedroom. I took out the box my mom brought me with old photographs from my Oma’s house. I have always gravitated towards old photographs that show life lived. And this box was the holy grail.

As I went through the photographs I watched the Matthew Perry documentary. And wow. Real life needs to be lived.

There were so many photographs that made me smile. And then there were many I wanted to know more. Where was this taken? What were you doing? Were you on vacation? Tell me more. I want to go recreate this photo and visit where you were. I want to experience this spot. A step back in time where I can write my own story. I think it would be a beautiful process.
